Nudgeli Privacy

What Nudgeli Stores on Your Device

To provide its core functionality, Nudgeli stores the following information locally using Apple's SwiftData framework:

• Tasks you create: title, notes, priority, category/context, due and scheduled dates, recurrence settings, and completion status.
• Reminder preferences: whether reminders are enabled for a task, how often they repeat, and the hours/days during which they are allowed to fire.
• App preferences: selected overwhelm level, task filters, and display settings.
• Progress stats: points earned, completion streaks, and total tasks completed for the app's built-in gamification features.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Nudgeli asks for permission to send local notifications through Apple's UserNotifications framework. Reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. They are not routed through a push notification server, and no notification content or scheduling data is sent to Thimbleberry Labs or another third party. You can disable notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Nudgeli may offer optional subscriptions or in-app purchases. Any such purchase is processed by Apple through your App Store account. Thimbleberry Labs does not receive or store your payment information, such as card numbers or billing addresses.

Apple may collect information such as payment details, billing address, and purchase history under Apple's own privacy practices. We may receive limited, non-financial information from Apple confirming purchase or subscription status so the App can unlock features you have paid for. We do not receive your name, payment method, or financial account details as part of this process.

Data We Do Not Collect

Nudgeli does not have a server, account system, or network connection. We therefore do not collect, receive, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or other identifying information
• Your tasks, notes, or other content entered into the App
• Your location
• Your contacts, photos, or health data
• Analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage tracking data
• Crash or diagnostic data, beyond what Apple's own platform tools may collect under Apple's separate privacy practices

Data Sharing

Aside from the limited subscription-status information described above, Thimbleberry Labs does not receive your app data in the first place. We do not sell or disclose your app data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Apple's Role

Nudgeli is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information such as app download information or crash diagnostics, including information collected according to settings or choices you make with Apple. Those practices are governed by Apple's own privacy policy and are separate from the information Thimbleberry Labs receives.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because Nudgeli stores its app data only on your device, you can view, edit, or delete tasks and settings directly within the App. Deleting the App removes its associated local data from the device, subject to Apple's operating-system and backup behavior. Nudgeli does not maintain a server-side copy of this app data.

Children's Privacy

Nudgeli does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, because the App does not collect personal information for its core functionality. The App is suitable for general audiences.

Your Choices and Control

• View, edit, or delete tasks and settings directly within the App.
• Delete the App to remove its associated local data from your device.
• Revoke notification permissions at any time through iOS Settings → Notifications → Nudgeli.

Changes to This Policy

If Nudgeli's data practices change in the future, such as if optional cloud sync or an account system is introduced, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide notice within the App before the change takes effect.
